# Close Pilot: prove intercompany reconciliation on a real period

For multi-entity groups, the recommended entry is not a monthly self-serve plan: it is a Close Pilot on a real period. Goal: turn intercompany GL breaks into a validated reconciliation pack you can reuse — without replacing consolidation or the ERP.

## Typical scope (2–3 weeks)

Up to about eight entities, CSV/Excel import for the target period, one reconciliation session, traced human review and audit-pack export. ERP connectors can come later: the Pilot first proves the workflow and written success criteria.

## Operating sequence

Kickoff and entity mapping → GL import → matching and proposals → at least five review decisions → readout with export. Public indicative ticket: €3–6k excl. VAT one-shot, often creditable against the first annual Workspace. Request: Pilot page; full offer: Pricing.
