# Organisational memory: do not restart from zero each close

Recurring flows (recharges, internal treasury, tolerated FX residuals) return every month. Without memory, teams re-argue the same calls. Ninon keeps validated patterns and decisions at organisation level to accelerate later periods — without automating accounting policy.

## How to measure it

On period N+1, track the share of reviews assisted by memory versus the Pilot period. See also the promise metrics (hours, days to pack, reuse rate) used in discovery and case studies.

## What memory captures

Review decisions (approve / reject / reopen) and auto-match rules that an admin activates. Without an active rule, every proposal stays in review. Not a substitute for consolidation rules or an autonomous agent.
