One real period, a validated reconciliation pack, written success criteria — then decide on an annual Interco Workspace.

## What the Pilot must prove

- Data: usable CSV/Excel GL extracts for the chosen period, with entity mapping.
- Deliverable: reconciliation pack (proposals, approve/reject, rationales) exportable for control.
- Scope: typically up to ~8 entities on one period session — then expand under Workspace.
- Timeline: kickoff, matching, team review, readout — aligned to your close calendar.

Indicative: €3–6k excl. VAT one-shot, creditable against the first annual Workspace or Scale contract if signed within 60 days.

## 2–3 weeks aligned to your close

1. Kickoff + entity mapping + CSV import for the target period.
2. Reconciliation session, traced human review, memory of recurring patterns.
3. Audit-pack export + readout → go/no-go on annual Workspace.
