# Close Pilot, then annual Workspace

Public pricing: in one close, turn intercompany GL breaks into a validated reconciliation pack — without replacing consolidation or your ERP. The recommended entry is a Pilot on a real period; the core plan is an annual Workspace. Essentiel self-serve stays a teaser for 2–5 entities.

The Pilot sits on a real close (about 2–3 weeks). Before kickoff we agree measurable success criteria — so the Workspace decision rests on a file, not a generic demo.

- Data: usable CSV/Excel GL extracts for the chosen period, with entity mapping.
- Deliverable: reconciliation pack (proposals, approve/reject, rationales) exportable for control.
- Scope: typically up to ~8 entities on one period session — then expand under Workspace.
- Timeline: kickoff, matching, team review, readout — aligned to your close calendar.
