By accessing or using Ninon (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. The Service provides document extraction and structuring for professional use (including insurance claims). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Acceptance of terms
By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation.
Description of the service
Ninon provides document extraction and structuring (supported PDFs, images and file types), classification, human-in-the-loop (HITL) validation queues, supervision and export of data to your systems. The Service may rely on technical subprocessors and AI providers described in our documentation and contractual schedules. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for your use of the Service and for the content you submit. You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and your organisation's policies. You must not misuse the Service or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or related systems.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ninon and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these terms or for operational or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
