The Pilot sits on a real close (about 2–3 weeks). Before kickoff we agree measurable success criteria — so the Workspace decision rests on a file, not a generic demo.
- Data: usable CSV/Excel GL extracts for the chosen period, with entity mapping.
- Deliverable: reconciliation pack (proposals, approve/reject, rationales) exportable for control.
- Scope: typically up to ~8 entities on one period session — then expand under Workspace.
- Timeline: kickoff, matching, team review, readout — aligned to your close calendar.

- Where should a multi-entity group start?
- With a Close Pilot (€3–6k excl. VAT) on a real period, then an annual Interco Workspace (€18–28k excl. VAT per year) if success criteria are met. The Essentiel plan (about €199–299 per month) is for groups of 2 to 5 entities.
- Is the Pilot creditable against the annual?
- Yes, as a public indicative rule: credit against the first Workspace or Scale annual if signed within 60 days of readout — details on the quote.
- Do we need an ERP connector to start?
- No. The Pilot and the free version start with CSV or Excel files. ERP connectors are included in subscriptions.
- Does Ninon replace consolidation?
- No. It is a satellite for intercompany GL reconciliation; consolidation and ERP remain systems of record.
