SAP Business One intercompany reconciliation

Business One companies and branches often sit beside another ERP at group level. Ninon pulls journal lines from the Service Layer into the same intercompany session.

The intercompany problem on B1

Branch (BPLID) and company-database splits make a single B1 extract incomplete for group corridors. Counterparties may not live in the same company database.

What Ninon ingests

Service Layer URL, company database and encrypted user. Optional per-entity BPLID via erpLinks.sap_business_one. Advanced journal-entry collection names are documented when the default differs.

Limits

On-premise Service Layer reachability is an IT concern. Ninon does not post into B1. See the connector runbook for mapping and diagnostics.

FAQ

Do we need a public Service Layer?
The workspace host must reach the URL you configure. Network design is on your side.
Where is mapping documented?
/guides/erp-connectors-runbook.
File import instead?
Yes. CSV/Excel remains the fastest Pilot path.
