Integrations and data sources

Ninon ingests general ledger lines for intercompany reconciliation. Supported paths depend on your ERP and hosting configuration; your admin workspace lists live connection status.

Connectors use OAuth or stored credentials where applicable; CSV and Excel uploads follow the documented column layout. Not every ERP exposes the same fields—entity mapping (erpLinks) is often required for multi-branch setups.

  • Dynamics 365 Business Central

OAuth through Microsoft; company mapping via Business Central company identifiers.

  • Xero

OAuth (PKCE); tenant selection when multiple organisations are connected.

  • NetSuite

Browser OAuth or scripted token registration; subsidiary mapping for SuiteQL extracts.

  • SAP Business One

Service Layer URL and company database; optional branch (BPLID) mapping per entity.

  • SAP S/4HANA

Published OData service; manual bearer or OAuth client credentials; company code mapping.

  • Sage Intacct

Web services credentials; location-based mapping when entities split by LOCATIONID.

  • CSV and Excel (general ledger)

Governed file import with validation and error reporting; recommended when no live connector is configured.
