Book a Close Pilot

One real period, a validated reconciliation pack, written success criteria — then decide on an annual Interco Workspace.

01Success

What the Pilot must prove

  • Data: usable CSV/Excel GL extracts for the chosen period, with entity mapping.
  • Deliverable: reconciliation pack (proposals, approve/reject, rationales) exportable for control.
  • Scope: typically up to ~8 entities on one period session — then expand under Workspace.
  • Timeline: kickoff, matching, team review, readout — aligned to your close calendar.

Indicative: €3–6k excl. VAT one-shot, creditable against the first annual Workspace or Scale contract if signed within 60 days.

02Timeline

2–3 weeks aligned to your close

  1. Kickoff + entity mapping + CSV import for the target period.
  2. Reconciliation session, traced human review, memory of recurring patterns.
  3. Audit-pack export + readout → go/no-go on annual Workspace.

Close Pilot — FAQ

What is a Ninon Close Pilot?
A one-shot engagement (typically 2–3 weeks) on a real period: CSV/Excel ledger import, reconciliation session, human review and audit-pack export — without replacing consolidation or the ERP.
How much does the Pilot cost?
Public indicative range: €3–6k excl. VAT. Exact amount depends on entity count (often ≤ 8) and calendar. A credit may apply to the first annual Workspace if signed within 60 days.
Do we need an ERP connector?
Not for the Pilot: the standard entry is CSV/Excel. ERP connectors stay behind paid / Workspace once the flow is proven.
How is this different from Essentiel (~€199/mo)?
Essentiel is a self-serve teaser for 2–5 entities. The Pilot is the recommended entry for multi-entity groups that want proof on a real close before an annual Workspace (€18–28k/year indicative).
What happens after the Pilot?
A readout against written success criteria, then an annual Interco Workspace quote if you go ahead — or limited freemium if timing is wrong.
